I'm dipping these in vanilla (cuz i'm weird) and can't wait to try them when they're all prepared. I can safely say that the batter, cake, and cake/icing mixture is fab! These are kinda a test to see if they're doable for the reception and so far, easy peasy. :)

Oh. I had Red Velvet Cake Balls and Bailey's Cake Balls last Christmas. The red velvet ones I had had peppermint liquer in them, were dipped in white chocolate, and then sprinkled with crushed peppermints. Yum. The Bailey's balls had bailey's added to them and were covered in regular chocolate. Both were amazing, but the red velvet were my fave!

I learned to make tzatziki from a Greek, but I'd have to just show you in person how to make it. I don't measure any thing, but do a good bit of tasting (kinda like how I make bruschetta. Hmmm.) :)
